Very informative! Not mean to encourage the use of MSM...

This book contains full and complete information about MSM, from its history to its benefits. I think it would help those who are considering using MSM the most, those who already has some idea what it is, like myself. There are a lot of good things coming from MSM, but the book totally does not mean to encourage the usage of it. It is meant to give out the information, the facts. The decision is completely yours. For last twenty years of its known history, MSM has been proven to be non-toxic and free of side effects. It can effectively help as pain killer, whether the pain is headache, injury, back pain or even monthly cycle in women. It can also help to gain softer skin, stronger hair, or better physical appearance in general. With all those benefits listed, the book actually stresses that MSM is a relief and not a cure; and the usage of it needs to be done under critical and professional advice. All is to avoid overuse. Informtative book!

I got this book out of just pure curiosity, as I really didn't know wha MSM would stand for. I got iterested in getting to know what it is all about. As I have been dieting for a long time, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that hose are dietary supplements sold all over the place.
They are non toxic that provides substantial benefits to our meals. The reason they exist is that there are not enough soil that food comes from, there are not enough food sources to be taken from.
MSM works by producing sulfur. It comes on the market in different forms od capsules or supplements. Many people consider it miracle pain killer, as it can really help as it is known as substance that produces enzymes, proteins and aminoacids that body uses to fight the pain.
Something new and unknown about MSM that can really do miracle for us.
